- Loyalty program details you choose to connect — program name, account number, and points balances.
- Searches and bookings you make through the app, so we can give you better recommendations.
- Device and usage data — browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and basic interaction events.
2. How we use information
- To run, secure, and improve the Usepoints service.
- To show you award availability and personalized redemption recommendations.
- To send service-related emails (e.g. booking confirmations, security alerts).
- To send product updates and marketing — only if you've opted in. You can opt out anytime.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the app is used. You can clear these from your browser at any time. We don't sell your data to advertisers.
4. Sharing your data
We don't sell personal data. We share data with trusted service providers who help us run the service (hosting, analytics, customer support), and only what they need to do their job. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us — we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal or security reasons.
