These are the terms you agree to when you create an account or use Usepoints. We've tried to write them in plain English. This is a starting template — we'll update it as the product matures.
1. The service
Usepoints helps you search and book travel using loyalty points and miles. We aggregate award availability and surface redemption options — the actual bookings happen with the airline, hotel, or loyalty program.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live).
- Give us accurate information, and keep your password safe.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from Usepoints.
- Try to break, probe, or overload the service.
- Use the service to break the law or anyone's loyalty-program terms.
4. Plans & billing
Free, Standard, and Premium plans are available. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; you'll keep access until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
5. Third-party programs
Usepoints isn't affiliated with any airline, hotel, or loyalty program. Award availability, points values, and program rules change frequently — we do our best to keep things accurate but can't guarantee a result.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for missed availability, program changes, or losses related to redemptions. Use your judgment when booking.
7. Termination
You can stop using Usepoints anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
